We opened the load-bearing wall (steel beam, calculated lintel), moved the soil stack 1.80 m, pulled a secondary board and prepared supplies for an island. The kitchen fitter delivered on Tuesday; electrics and plumbing were already in. Six weeks through to the worktop joints.
