A terraced house at Rue Vanderkindere 214 in Uccle. The brick was porous, the single-glazed frames leaked, the gutters had stained the plinth. We wrapped the elevations in ETICS, replaced the windows, rebuilt the zinc. Eleven weeks, scaffold up, interiors occupied.
